- I lost the product files, what do to?

Do not worry! If for some reason you lost some or all of the files for a Sinevibes product you own, you can download it again at any time - simply send us an e-mail, and we will reply with a download link. Note that you will need to tell us the e-mail address you used when purchasing this product.

- I purchased your product, but it's not the latest version.

Please contact us and we will e-mail you the download link to the very latest version. Note that you will need to tell us the e-mail address you used when purchasing this product.

- What is "extended download service?"

Our online retail service provider offers an "extended download service" which will keep the product files you've downloaded for 1 year. In case you loose the product files, you can download them again without having to contact Sinevibes. Otherwise, you do not need this service (see the answer in the "I lost the product files" question above).

- Can I get your products on a CD?

Yes. You can order a CD option on checkout, it will cost you 12.50 US dollars including worldwide shipping.

- I own one of your products, can I get a discount for another?

Yes. For all existing owners of our products, we provide generous discounts for new products. E-mail us and tell which products you own and which would you like to purchase, and we will get back to you with a discount coupon. Please note you need to e-mail us beforehand, you can't get a discount after you purchase something (this is impossible technically).

- Do you have custom sound design services?
